Q: Where do we park?
You can park in front of the store on either side. Our block of N. Spring Street is free parking. You can also park in the 2 hour parking slots to the side of the store as well as down Spring Street. (The 2 hour parking is in effect Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.)
Q: If I live locally, can I just pick up my order from your store instead of having to pay for shipping?
Yes, absolutely! Just select Store Pickup during checkout and pick up during our regular store hours. Pick up orders need to be picked up within 90 days of purchase. After that timeframe, there will be no refunds offered.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item I purchased in-store or online?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. We change our products frequently and don’t have the means to offer refunds or exchanges. We always recommend trying on our clothing before purchasing.
Q: What happens if my order arrives broken?
We're so sorry that happened! We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of your broken item(s).
Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is free for any purchase. Your items will be gift wrapped in one of our signature bags with tissue and raffia.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
We do not currently offer free shipping.
Q: Where do you ship?
Shipping is available for all 50 states. We do not ship outside of the US.
Q: Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We love meeting new furry friends.
Q: I saw something on Instagram, but I can’t find it on your site. What do I do?
If you can’t find the item on the website, the item is sold out and has been taken down from the website. Please feel free to reach out to us through Instagram, call the store, or email us at email@example.com
Q: What do I do if an item is sold out?
If an item is sold out, please let us know when you are in the store or call our store and ask to be added to our request list, providing your name, email and requested item. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to order the requested products, but if we can we will email you when it arrives.
Q: How can I get my photo featured on the Quinn’s Mercantile Instagram page?
We love seeing your photos of Quinn’s Mercantile products, gifts, dogs and mural pics! It makes our day! Tag your photos with @quinnsmercantile for a chance to be featured.
Q: I’m a maker! How can I work with Quinn’s Mercantile?
Please apply for our Pop Up Shops and Handmade Market. We have 1-2 Pop Up Shops on our porch from 10am-1pm on Saturdays, during the months of March-September. We also host a bi-annual Handmade Market on our lawn the first Saturday of June and October. This event allows us to have about 15 vendors on our lawn around the property. We require an active Instagram business account for marketing purposes.
