All balloon sales are final. Once you pick up the balloon, we are not responsible for damage, popping, deflation or anything that happens once you take possession of the balloon. You must pick up the balloon on the day you've selected during our regular business hours. Delayed pick up may result in a deflated balloon and will not be replaced with any other balloon.
